Moreover, with the guidance of our experts, and the help of the latest technology, you can confidently count on us to process your chosen Tree Nuts & Dried Fruits from roasting to packaging! e.g., our upgraded Roasting Unit uses convection, based on Hot-Air roasting; the main advantage of our Hot-Air Roasting Unit is that it greatly increases the rate of heat transference to the core of your Nuts, creating a cleaner, more aromatic roast, free of bitter tasting tars! Once your product is properly roasted, it will be passed to the Flavouring Unit in which you could add whatever flavour you desire to your chosen product, such as: Saffron, Salt, Sumac, etc. Next, your tasty product journey will continue by going through the Drying Unit which it gets cooked and dried, gaining an exquisite crispy texture!
